Featuring one of Leader's Gamma Warriors, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode entitled "A Hulk of A Different Color" which aired on September 21, 1997. Measuring 10.5"x15" overall, with the character image measuring 7.5"x11", the production cel and background are in very good condition with light line wear.
